    Prevention of electrical damage

    • Switch on the loads only when the power line is at zero potential, helps prevent electromagnetic noise and disturbances. These disturbances can adversely affect electrical devices, including air conditioners, and even pose a fire risk.
    • Early detection of power outages allows for timely disconnection of critical loads.
    • Preventing damage to electrical equipment caused by short power interruptions, where the voltage disconnects and reconnects rapidly.
    • Cut off power when the building is unoccupied, preventing potential damage from electrical faults.

    Manage the lighting

    • Enable Tunable White Light.  The lighting system in the building is designed to adjust the color temperature of the light throughout the day. This mimics the natural progression of daylight, from a warm light in the morning to a cooler light during the day, and back to a warm light in the evening.

    Establishing access rights to all doors using an automated electrical lock, a code, or a smart tag to ensure the highest level of security.  Manage the doors via the application. The supervisor has the capability to modify the door opening codes dynamically from the control center.

    Issuing alerts for critical equipment failures

    Automated alerts are sent in real-time for equipment failures and exceptional incidents that require urgent attention. These alerts are delivered via SMS and phone calls to a predefined list of responsible individuals. This proactive approach helps prevent damage and ensures timely responses.
